Herman L. Stamey

Herman is a Floyd County native and is the son of Bobby and Pearline Stamey of Rome. He attended Pepperell High School and is a member of Perennial Springs Baptist Church in Summerville, GA.  Herman was married to the former Miranda Cromer in 2004.  He became a Licensed Minister in 1997 and was ordained in 1998. Herman joined the Henderson & Sons Funeral Home family in August of 2000.  He is a Licensed Apprentice Funeral Director and Embalmer and also is a Registered Transporter for the Floyd County Coroner’s Office.  He enjoys going to church, spending time with family and friends, working with the public, and helping others. Herman says, “I’m thankful that God has placed me in the funeral industry to be able to meet new people and to share Christ with them.”
