Patricia Dianne Dial

Mrs. Patricia Dianne Dial, age 52, of 928 Wayside Road, Rome, passed away on Friday morning, February 26, 2010, at her residence.

Mrs. Dial was born in Floyd County on April 19, 1957, daughter of the late James Oliver Langston, Sr., and the late Lillian Louise Pinkston Langston. She was also preceded in death by a brother, James O. Langston, Jr. Mrs. Dial was a homemaker and was a member of the Sunny Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Herschel Dial, to whom she was married on December 23, 1974; 7 children, April DeClue and her husband, Jack, Shannon, Jessica Perez and her husband, Hugo, Rome, Candice Boror and her husband, Victor, Rome, Michael Dial, Rome, Stephanie Graham and her fiance', Jason Gilbert, Rome, Tiffany Dial and her fiance', Wendell Baker, Armuchee, and Miranda Dial and her fiance', Adam Clonts, Shannon; 10 grandchildren, Bubba Dial, Jazmine Dial, Heaven Graham, A. J. Perez-Dial, Victor Boror, Sissy Perez-Dial, Lexi Baker, Sue-Sue Perez-Dial, Hiram Baker, and Benjamin Clonts; a sister, Mrs. Brenda Yarbrough, Armuchee; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 2 pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Keith Kelly and Dr. Bill Dempsey officiating. Private interment will follow in the Dial Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home on Monday from 6 until 8pm. At other hours they will be at the residence.

Pallbearers are asked to assemble at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home on Tuesday at 1:30pm and include: Herschel Dial, Michael Dial, Jack DeClue, Hugo Perez, Adam Clonts, and Victor Boror.

Henderson & Sons Funeral Home has charge of the funeral arrangements.
